Kennedy Center to host Faith and Disabilities Community Conversations

The Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Disabilities and Religion program is hosting community conversations in Davidson and Williamson counties to brainstorm with key stakeholders about increasing opportunities for meaningful participation for people with disabilities and their families in communities of faith.

Grant puts faith to work for people with disabilities

The Vanderbilt Kennedy Center will serve as the lead site for a $500,000 grant focused on building capacity of faith communities, such as churches, mosques, synagogues and other religious organizations, to support employment for members with disabilities.
