Mathis named chief compliance officer for UW Medicine in Seattle

James Mathis, JD, Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s (VUMC) Chief Compliance Officer, has accepted a new position as Chief Compliance Officer for UW Medicine, the academic health system of the University of Washington in Seattle. Mathis will depart VUMC on Jan. 22.

Mathis named VUMC Chief Compliance Officer

James Mathis, J.D., Chief Clinical Enterprise Compliance Officer and assistant vice chancellor for Health Affairs, has been promoted to Chief Compliance Officer for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In this new role he assumes broader oversight for the Medical Center’s compliance efforts.
