VUMC again collaborating to bring nursing education to Metro Schools

For the second year, Vanderbilt nurses are collaborating with Metro Nashville Public Schools to mentor high school students to become medical assistants or care partners who have identified a future goal of being a registered nurse.

VUMC Nursing brings wellness initiative to Nashville Public Library’s Hadley Park branch

A group of Vanderbilt nurses recently teamed up with the Hadley Park branch of the Nashville Public Library for a day of new wellness initiatives — including sharing health education information, raising awareness of health risks, and demonstrating healthy oral care habits to the community of North Nashville.
