The Bipartisan Policy Center and Advisory Board member Senator Howard Baker will convene a health care policy discussion titled “Embracing High-Value Health Care: Exploring the Quality-Coverage Nexus,” on Monday, Dec. 1, from 2–5 p.m. at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.

This is the fourth in a series of events being held across the country in support of the BPC’s Leaders’ Project on the State of American Health Care.

It will feature leading health care experts, including Tennessee state and local health officials, and project co-directors Chris Jennings and Mark McClellan, M.D.

The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP to lpforum@bipartisanpolicy.org to attend.

The Leaders’ Project is directed by the BPC’s advisory board, chaired by former U.S. Sen. Majority Leaders Howard Baker, Tom Daschle, Bob Dole, and George Mitchell. The goal of the Leaders’ Project is to produce politically viable policy recommendations to address the delivery, cost, coverage and financing challenges facing the nation’s health care system.
