Medical Center leadership answers the tough questions about what the elevate program is and what it means for the people who work at VUMC.
Question: As a manager, I've led our group to review our Community Survey responses. Our staff has developed some useful ideas to make VUMC a more desirable place to work. To whom do we submit these ideas?
Answer: We are pleased to receive this question, as it shows that you and your group have been discussing your Community Survey results and gathering new ideas that might contribute to the Medical Center's further efforts to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Please forward any ideas your group has gathered to either of the two of us, in our roles as co-chairs of the Survey Measurement Committee. The committee is reviewing results from the Medical Center's recent surveys and forming new recommendations to promote staff and faculty satisfaction.
