The Vanderbilt Center for Human Nutrition is offering a 15 percent discount to Vanderbilt employees who participate in the Medical Weight Reduction Program. The employee cost for the three-month program is $340, which is payroll deductible.
The program is physician-directed and includes eight visits with a nutrition dietitian or a nurse practitioner. Participants receive lifestyle counseling and learn practical tips to modify eating habits.
