Christie Buchanan, Pharm.D., left, congratulates Jennifer Fosnot, Pharm.D., for becoming the first graduate of the Transplant Pharmacy Residency Program at Vanderbilt. The program, begun last year, provides training in the multi-dimensional aspects of transplant pharmacotherapy in multi-organ transplantation. Upon graduating Fosnot accepted a position at the Vanderbilt Transplant Center as its second full-time dedicated transplant pharmacist.
