The Vanderbilt Stroke Center is hosting a free stroke screening on May 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in TVC 2701-2704.
All employees are invited to attend. The event will include a blood pressure screening as well as a cholesterol reading. Physicians will be on hand to discuss results for those participants who may be at risk of stroke.
On May 16 and 18, tables will be set up in the cafeteria from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for those interested in picking up written information and/or speaking to a member of the stroke team nursing staff.
