Signing up for the HealthPlus Go For The Gold Incentives Program has been made easier.
An employee’s VUnetID and e-password is all that is needed to complete the log-in process for both the Bronze Level and the Silver Level. Details are available on each log-in page for those who have yet to obtain an e-password.
To reach the Bronze Level, one must complete a confidential Health Risk Assessment online by Nov. 30. Those who do will receive a monthly wellness credit of $10 (taxable), which will appear on paychecks.
Obtaining the Silver Level requires a confidential Health Risk Assessment and participation in at least five different Wellness Categories to receive $15 per month (taxable) on your paycheck, each month of 2005.
