Last week, the Meharry-Vanderbilt Student Alliance (MVSA) held its third annual social to welcome students of Meharry Medical College and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine to the 2007-2008 academic year. Among the 150 students who attended and learned more about MVSA and its collaborative opportunities in education and community service were, from left, Meharry student Julius Turner and VUSM students Isi Tolliver and Melissa Johnson.
