Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry student Donovan Caves speaks while teammate Jennifer Simpkins, a Meharry School of Medicine student, awaits her turn during the third annual Interdisciplinary Clinical Case Competition at Meharry last week. The competition, sponsored by the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance, challenges three teams of students from 10 different disciplines to solve a complex, simulated case. Caves and Simpson were on the “Interdisciplinary Titans” team, which took home the title.
