More than 120 community children recently converged on Alumni Lawn for a Fall Field Day Festival. The event was hosted by Vanderbilt University Healthy Head Start, formed by Vanderbilt undergraduate students to take healthy eating and active lifestyle messages to school-aged children. The effort was inspired by a class taught by Vanderbilt University School of Nursing instructor Jamie Pope.
