VICC names clinic patient care leader
Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center has appointed Joanne Ferebee, R.N., B.S.N., assistant manager of Patient Care Services at the Henry-Joyce Cancer Clinic.
Ferebee will manage, educate and evaluate clinic, infusion and surgery oncology staff. She will be working under the guidance of Jennifer Woods, R.N., B.S.N., manager of Cancer Patient Care Services.
Debra Woods, R.N., B.S.N., former assistant manager of Cancer Patient Care Services, has taken on a new role as charge nurse of the infusion room.
Before joining the Vanderbilt-Ingram team, Ferebee worked in the private oncology sector as the clinical director of Nashville Oncology Associates.
“Coming to Vanderbilt has been an easy transition. All of the people, from top management all the way down, have been welcoming and appreciative,” said Ferebee.
