Barb Cramer is the director of Video News Services at VUMC.
Peter Buerhaus, Ph.D., Valere Potter Professor of Nursing, associate dean for Research at the Vanderbilt School of Nursing, has been named a recipient of the 2003 Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Buerhaus graduated from MSU’s School of Nursing in 1976.
The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to alumni who have achieved high rank or honor in their professions, have a widespread effect on their communities, and are recognized for their achievements over the course of their careers.
