Video: Finding their passion

Whether it’s analyzing core samples from Antarctica or working on a possible revolutionary biomedical device, Vanderbilt undergraduates take advantage of numerous opportunities to conduct hands-on research. As our VUCast crew discovered, it’s a journey that ultimately helps many students find their passion.

Vanderbilt’s video production unit won five Regional Emmy awards in 2007 in advanced media for videos produced for VUCast, Vanderbilt’s news network. This was the first time the university received television’s highest honor.
