Trauma Prom with Hollywood theme set for June 17

A fundraiser benefiting the Trauma Survivors Network at Vanderbilt will be held Friday, June 17, at The Tin Roof in Nashville. The Golden Age of Hollywood themed costume event will feature music by DJ B-Roll and Haden andJeremiah.

The events starts 8 p.m. at The Tin Roof, 1516 Demonbreun St. Tickets are $25 per person with all proceeds going to the Trauma Survivors Network at Vanderbilt. For pre-sale tickets, contact Jody Barnwell at jody.e.barnwell@vanderbilt.edu.

Each year more than 3,000 critically ill patients are LifeFlighted to Vanderbilt University Hospital. TSN is a free, non-profit service that provides trauma patients and their families with resources and counseling during and after their hospital stay. Services include peer visits from Trauma Survivors, support groups, Facebook social networking, and other helpful resources for families and trauma survivors to guide them through to recovery.
