After students, families and the community danced the night away for 13.1 hours, the Vanderbilt University Dance Marathon student executive committee unveiled how much money had been raised for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

After students, families and the community danced the night away for 13.1 hours, the Vanderbilt University Dance Marathon student executive committee unveiled how much money had been raised for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The 11th annual Dance Marathon, held recently at the Student Life Center, raised more $130,384, benefiting children and families of Children’s Hospital. More than $1 million has been raised since the group’s inception. Dance Marathon is both the largest philanthropic and the largest student organization on campus.
