Molly Knostman, manager of the Central-Inpatient Pharmacy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, has been chosen one of three recipients of the 2012 Frontline Impact Award.
The award, given by the Advisory Board Co. in Washington, D.C., is given to participants of the Frontline Leadership Academy and recognizes those who have demonstrated the skills to handle both the expected and unexpected challenges of patient care and who have served as an exemple for their peers and the organization.
The award, formerly named “The Future of Nursing Leadership Award,” was changed to the Frontline Impact Award to recognize frontline staff in all disciplines.
