Whether it is a beach vacation, camp for the kids, a road trip to see relatives, or a backyard cookout, summer is traditionally a time of get-togethers and travel. A quick COVID-19 test before you embark on these fun plans will keep you and your loved ones safe and also help lower the potential for the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
With summer just around the corner (and hot, sunny days already here), employees will want to pick up their complimentary at-home COVID-19 tests to be sure you and your loved ones are safe to participate in summer plans, activities and travel.
Beginning May 23, employees may pick up two kits each (four tests total), simply showing your VUMC ID badge at either of the following two locations:
Occupational Health Clinic*
Medical Arts Building (MAB), Suite 640
Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
One Hundred Oaks
3rd Floor, COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Most tests expire in September**, so pick up your kits soon!
* Please limit visits to three employees at a time due to space constraints.
** US Food and Drug Administration confirms these specific tests held by VUMC do not expire until three (3) months past printed expiration date (i.e., test kits with June expiration date will not expire until September).
