The MyWorkday “What’s Happening” video series is available to help employees at Vanderbilt University Medical Center have a better understanding of the project and some of the specific features and functionality they will see when the two new systems, Workday and Tecsys, arrive later this fall.
Each video in the series focuses on one specific highlight from the project, such as using and managing PCards, updating personal information, and navigating Workday’s inbox and notifications.
The videos feature MW, the MyWorkday “spokescloud,” and are typically 60 to 90 seconds long. All nine videos currently available are accessible on the Training Hub of the MyWorkday website: https://vumc.org/myworkday/training-hub.
