On Friday, Jan. 13, VUMC IT Cloud Services will begin archiving all Outlook email and calendar content older than 365 days. This activity reduces the amount of data stored in VUMC’s active mailbox environment, decreases sync issues for emails and calendars, and provides a better experience for everyone within Microsoft Outlook.
All email and calendar content older than 365 days will now be located in your email archive.
Depending upon the amount of data to be moved, the transition process could take up to 48 hours to complete.
