Vanderbilt Center for Women’s Health Columbia received the 2023 Maury County Main Street Award for Best OB/GYN-Women’s Care Practice in Maury County.
“I believe we do our best to treat our patients as we would want to be treated,” said Karen Davis, MD, assistant professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology and medical co-director of the Maury County location. “We believe in individualized care. We hope all our patients realize that we are more than an institution.”
This year the Maury County Main Street Awards featured 130 categories and approximately 1,500 nominees. More than 50,000 votes were cast over a four-week period for 400 finalists. There were seven entrants in the Best OB/GYN-Women’s Care Practice category. Winners were announced July 6 at a live event.
“Maury County is one of the fastest growing communities in Tennessee,” Davis said. “We are proud to be a part of one of the finest medical centers in the country and able to offer these services to our people.”
