Elected by their peers, Epic’s Specialty Steering Boards guide content and strategy for individual specialties. Their work on best practices is shared with the entire Epic community, benefiting millions of patients.
According to Epic, representatives from many of the most respected health systems in the country comprise separate adult and pediatric Specialty Steering Boards for cardiology, urology, endocrinology, emergency medicine, oncology, orthopaedics, obstetrics, anesthesia, dermatology, neurosciences, ENT, population health and other areas.
