Change management services are provided across the enterprise to effectively support our evolving infrastructure. The goal of IT change management is to ensure that any changes to the IT infrastructure at VUMC are performed in a controlled manner. To avoid confusion and differentiate between services, Change Management will now be known as IT Change Management.
What to expect:
