Congratulations to Team Pharmacy Means Business and Wellness Champion Misty Beechum for a winning Wellness League season. Misty led her team of 20 to victory in this eight-month institution-wide step challenge, ultimately becoming the top steppers in the league by tracking an impressive 63,792,331 steps and earning 36,000,000 bonus steps.
A total of 74 Wellness Champion Captains and 1,040 team members participated in this inaugural competition, collectively tracking 1,300,740,356 steps over the 8-month Wellness League season—approximately 589,000 miles, which is equivalent to circling the earth 23.6 times.
The team celebrated their grand prize by attending a Nashville Predators hockey game in the Vanderbilt Health suite.
