Health Plus offers mindful stretch breaks in person and virtually for work groups, and each Wednesday for individuals

Does your team need a break? Consider scheduling a Mindful Stretch Break for your team. Health Plus is offering in person or virtual mindful stretch breaks options for departments. The focus is gentle stretching and guided breathwork to relax and restore the mind and body. Breaks last between 15-30 minutes and can be added to a preexisting staff meeting or scheduled as a standalone meeting.
