The Inaugural Terrell Smith Lectureship will be held Thursday, Nov. 13, from 4-5 p.m. in 202 Light Hall. There will also be an online viewing option for the lecture. Smith retired earlier this year after many years of distinguished service to VUMC.
The speaker will be Jason Wolf, PhD, CPXP, President & CEO of the Beryl Institute. His lecture will explore the core elements of human experience in health care, the strategic value of investing in it, and the vital role each of us plays in shaping it.
Following the lecture, there will be a reception and book signing featuring his latest publication, “Return on Human Experience: Guiding Principles for Inspiring Excellence in Healthcare.”
This event is free and open to all—patients, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. No registration is required.
