Study one: Teens with Depression Study
Volunteers are needed for a research study to better understand depression in teens aged 14-17 years. Teens and their biological mothers can earn up to $140 combined. Study two: Mothers with History of Depression Study Mothers with a history of depression and their teens are needed for a research study to better understand risk for depression in families. Are you a mother who has been feeling stressed, sad, or down? Researchers at Vanderbilt University are recruiting 8-to 12-year-old children and their biological mothers for a study of depression prevention. Mothers and their children will be asked to complete questionnaires, fill out cell phone surveys for 10 days and complete an 8-week virtual intervention. Eligible mothers and children will be compensated up to $100 for completing all assessments. We will schedule visits around your availability (daytime, evenings, or weekends are all fine) and all sessions are conducted virtually.https://redcap.link/happyfam.
