Nearly 1,200 people attended Sunday's annual Vanderbilt Transplant Center Patient Reunion and Health Fair, held Saturday on Magnolia Lawn.

The event brought together patients, family members, caregivers and supporters to help honor the gift of life that organ donation provides and to celebrate 50 years of transplantation at Vanderbilt.
