Legendary bluegrass band Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver (photo at right) visited the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt last week. Music filled the theater as children and their families, including Christie Sullivan and her son, Elijah (photo below), enjoyed bluegrass standards. The band also performed the National Anthem at last week's Vanderbilt-Alabama men's basketball game.
