Country muic artist Cowboy Troy (top photo) brought along his friends for a special performance and meet-and-greet for patients at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt recently.
The event included performances by other popular artists including Julianne Ankley, Bill Archer, Brinn Black, Courtney Dickinson, Chelli Wuesthoff and Hollywood Yates.
