VUMC’s patient billing website gets upgrade to enhance ease of use

In mid September the Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s patient billing Web portal acquired new functionality that makes it easier to use.

Among the improvements:

• Parents of patients can now pay online;

• Online payment no longer requires any special registration or enrollment;

• Security is increased;

• Separate online payments for hospital services and professional services are eliminated;

• More information for patients in the way of FAQ’s and policy.

Patients can access the new online billing manager (https://vanderbilt.patientcompass.com/hc/sp/vanderbilt/blindPayment) through the home pages of Vanderbilt Health, My Health at Vanderbilt or the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
