The reputation survey for U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals and Best Children’s Hospitals is available to all eligible clinicians who have registered their Doximity accounts.
The survey typically remains open for four to five weeks.
Clinicians eligible to vote will find an invitation to do so when signing into their Doximity accounts. They also will be notified through their Doximity-associated email account.
A webpage with answers to common questions also includes a link to eligibility criteria. It also includes contact information for Doximity support to troubleshoot any technical issues.
While an imperfect metric of quality of care, these rankings are often consulted in decisions involving patient care, as well as medical training, faculty recruitment and potential donations.
By participating in the survey, Vanderbilt Health clinicians may have a voice in the rankings.
