The VUMC Strategic Marketing department is looking for employee volunteers to represent Vanderbilt at our community events throughout Middle Tennessee in Davidson, Williamson, Maury and Wilson counties.

Chic Awearness event supports VUMC ovarian cancer research

The annual Chic Awearness fundraising event that supports ovarian cancer research at major medical centers, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), will be held Monday, Sept. 25, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., at Prima Restaurant, 700 12th Ave. South.

Vanderbilt, Bayer collaborate to develop new therapies against kidney diseases

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and Bayer have agreed on a five-year strategic research alliance to evaluate new drug candidates for the treatment of kidney diseases, with the goal of accelerating the translation of innovative approaches from the laboratory to pre-clinical development.
