Warner named medical director of Cancer Registry

Jeremy Warner, M.D., M.S., assistant professor of Medicine and Biomedical Informatics, has been named medical director of the Vanderbilt Cancer Registry at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center (VICC).
