New Academic Strategic Plan charts course for Vanderbilt’s future

Vanderbilt’s Academic Strategic Plan, which will guide university investments in faculty recruitment, capital planning, academic programs and philanthropic priorities over the next 10 years, was officially unveiled by Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos Aug. 21.

Faculty town hall meetings will gather feedback for strategic planning process

The first of three faculty town hall meetings to update and engage Vanderbilt’s faculty on the four foundational areas driving the strategic planning process is scheduled for Feb. 27.

New committees appointed to help with strategic planning

Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos has appointed additional faculty to contribute to the campuswide strategic planning effort that an executive committee began over the summer.

Vanderbilt planning for the future

An executive committee has been named and will meet regularly this summer to develop a framework of ideas to guide a university-wide academic strategic planning process that will set the course for Vanderbilt’s future.
