Rice, Robertson take on expanded Anesthesiology leadership roles

The Department of Anesthesiology is reconfiguring its leadership structure, partly in response to the recent appointment of department chair Warren Sandberg, MD, PhD, as VUAH Co-Chief of Staff for Perioperative and Critical Care Services. Mark Rice, MD, has been appointed Executive Vice Chair and Amy Robertson, MD, has been appointed Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs.

Anesthesiology adds new leaders, roles

The Department of Anesthesiology is adding to its leadership structure. Andrew Shaw, MBBS, has been named to the newly created role of executive vice chair of the department, and Mark Rice, M.D., has been named to the newly created role of associate vice-chair for clinical affairs.
