Producer Ferrell Barron, with Walt Disney Pictures and Television, explains the different steps of producing an animated picture to patients and families at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Barron was on hand to talk about animation and show scenes from the upcoming “Fox and the Hound II,” the first Disney screening of this kind at a children's hospital.
