Baby of Mine store opens in NICU
A new store in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt has opened for patient families and staff to buy low-cost items to support breastfeeding.
“Baby of Mine” is located in room 4511 in the NICU and is open from 8 a.m. to noon, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Those who need to purchase items at other times Monday though Friday may call Cynthia Yula-Parks at 936-3546. The store sells manual and electric breast pumps and parts, nursing bras, gowns, camisoles and tops, “Boppy” pillows and more.
Other items can be special ordered. Prices include sales tax and are sold at cost or near cost. Contact Yula-Parks for more information about the store.
