Vanderbilt’s Medicine Patient Care Center recently created a large banner for temporary display by the clinic that chalks up the highest quarterly patient satisfaction scores. During the final quarter of 2006, the Internal Medicine practice at Vanderbilt Medical Group at Green Hills put up the highest patient satisfaction scores, so they’re displaying the banner until first-quarter 2007 scores are tabulated.
