“Genes, Cancer Risk and Prevention” will be the theme of the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center’s annual daylong scientific retreat on Friday, June 6.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a symposium in Sarratt Student Center.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Bruce Ponder of Jesus College at Cambridge University.
Other presentations will be given by Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center members Drs. Wei Zheng, Jason Moore and William Grady. Lunch will be provided to those who are registered.
In the afternoon, a poster session and reception in the Frances Williams Preston Building will conclude the retreat.
