Carol Eck, R.N., administrative director of the Cancer Patient Care Center, was recognized for her abstract at the 12th Annual United Network for Organ Sharing Transplant Management Forum.
Eck won the Best Abstract Award for Patient Safety. The forum was held in Miami May 10-12.
The title of her abstract is "Development of an Electronic Form for Verification of Transplant Candidate ABO."
