Cindy Tinker, center, from Patient Support and Integrative Care at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, joined her parents Bill and Doris Tinker from Crossville, Tenn., at the annual Cancer Survivors Celebration hosted by VICC. Bill Tinker is a prostate cancer survivor. The event featured a special ceremony for survivors and a keynote address by cancer survivor Scott Burton. The American Cancer Society and the Tennessee Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalition co-sponsored the celebration.
