Class of ’05

Diane and Matthew Kutny, who were married between their first and second years of medical school, are two of the graduates of Vanderbilt University Medical School's Class of 2005. The Kutnys will remain at Vanderbilt, doing their residencies in pediatrics.

From left, Joy Bumpus and Kelly Smith, who received their Family Nurse Practitioner licenses from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and are already practicing in the heart transplant department at Vanderbilt, pose with their classmates Michelle Ardisson and Lindsay Watson Melson, who both received their Acute Care Nurse Practitioner licenses at VUSN. Ardisson works in orthopaedic trauma at Vanderbilt and Melson works in bone marrow and stem cell transplant at Vanderbilt. They will participate in commencement ceremonies today.
