Now is the time to make your voices heard, as the Vanderbilt Community Survey continues through March 28.
To take the employee satisfaction survey, go to http://hr.vanderbilt.edu/commsurvey and click on “Take the Survey.”
The annual survey is crucial to determining future strategies, said Harry Jacobson, M.D., vice chancellor for Health Affairs.
“Last year we used the survey results to focus on making improvements in each department and work group. We also are in the process of using survey results to identify strategic changes that can be made at the organizational level.”
All faculty and staff members who work in the same work unit are given the same work group code, which will be used to ensure that responses are accurately and confidentially reported.
