Conference to focus on cancer program planning

Cancer program planning will be the focus of a two-day conference, “Elevating Your Oncology Program to the Next Level,” that brings oncology program executives, administrators and managers from around the nation to the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville June 19-20.

The conference is sponsored by the American College of Oncology Administrators, a specialty group of the American Academy of Medical Administrators.

Included will be presentations by several speakers, including Carol Eck, B.S.N., R.N., M.B.A., administrative director of Vanderbilt-Ingram; James Easter Jr., director of healthcare planning for HFR Design; Rex Garton Jr., director of HFR specifications; and Janet Jones, president and CEO of Alive Hospice.
