Beginning Thursday, Feb. 5, HealthPlus’ Count on Your Health screenings will be held at several locations throughout the Vanderbilt campus.

Count on Your Health aims to turn sporadic attempts of exercise and making healthy food choices into lifelong habits.

The two-month program is sponsored by HealthPlus, Vanderbilt Heart, the Department of Nutrition Services and Kim Dayani Center. It celebrates both national heart month and national nutrition month. In March, a variety of educational programs will be offered.

Stop by one of the following locations to find out your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol and body fast percent and receive a free pedometer:

Thursday, Feb. 7 from 7-10 a.m. on the 3rd floor connecting corridor between TVC and Light Hall

Tuesday, Feb. 10 from 1-3 p.m. in the Bryan Building Conference Room 1

Thursday, Feb. 12 from 7-9 a.m. at the Police Headquarters/Training Room at 2800 Vanderbilt Place
