Dayani Center helps people lose weight

The Dayani Center is sponsoring a 15-week weight management program on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Aug. 28 through Dec. 11 (no class on Nov. 20).

The program is designed to help people make permanent lifestyle changes and is taught by a dietitian, an exercise physiologist, and a psychologist.

The cost is $350 and includes lecture/discussion sessions & materials, a digital step counter, a personal training session, dietary assessment and feedback, and use of Dayani’s exercise facilities two days a week for 16 weeks. To help participants stay on track, an optional follow-up program is available for $3 per month. Payroll deduction is available.
