Paul E. Wise, M.D.
Paul E. Wise, M.D., joined the faculty of Vanderbilt University Medical Center Aug. 2 as an assistant professor of Surgery in the General Surgery division.
Previously, Wise trained as a fellow in Colon and Rectal Surgery in the Barnes/Jewish Hospital at Washington University School of Medicine.
He was also a Categorical Resident in the department of General Surgery and a resident in Research in the department of Surgery, division of Hepatobiliary Surgery and Liver Transplantation at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Wise received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University prior to obtaining his M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His clinical focus is in colon and rectal surgery.
