Dr. Hugh U. Dalton
Dr. Hugh U. Dalton, assistant professor of Anesthesiology, recently re-joined the faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dalton received his medical degree at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He served as chief resident of Anesthesiology and as attending anesthesiologist at VUMC. Hewas an assistant professor of Anesthesiology at VUMC from 1994 to 1998.
Dalton left Vanderbilt to pursue a master of divinity degree at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, Calif. He served in college and adult ministry in Sun Valley. Before returning to Vanderbilt, Dalton was a pastor-teacher at the Theta Baptist Church in Columbia, Tenn.
